Lithospermum erythrorhizon is native to Eastern China, Japan and Korea, growing in woodland edges and on the grassy slopes of mountains and hills. The roots are a deep purple color and are also cultivated in Japan as a dye plant.

How to eat Healthy Natural Powder :
Pour cold or warm water into a cup or bowl (200-250ml), take appropriate amount of healthy natural powder (2-3spoons) and stir well.
You may add honey, sugar, or salt. You could pour milk or soy mailk.
Not recommended for pregnant women.
How to make homemade DYE with Healthy Natural Powder :
For fruit dyes, simmer the fabric in 1/4 cup salt and 4 cups water. For vegetable dyes, simmer in one cup vinegar and four cups water.
Boil for one hour. Rinse the article of clothing in cold water, and then let soak in the natural dye until it reaches desired color.
